The item’s finest details and it’s sizing are involved computer processing technology with manual tuning and the final details are finished by hand and coverage with ecological natural oil for wood.

Total thickness of the item between extreme points is 25-65 mm. Thickness is different for each item’s design and size.
The item comes with a detent on the back side to hang it on the wall.
Each wooden item is made from different parts of a tree. Therefore, every single item is a unique artwork and have different wood structure/color/weight from others.

Color can be little different

Please remember that color can be little different from different screen reproduction, conditions of photography and natural color of the wood. Also note that for different sizes of the item, the detailization can be little different.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing time varies from 4 to 6 weeks. Items from READY TO SHIP category are shipped whithin 1-2 business days. If you need an item for a specific date, please write to us before placing an order.

We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time on each international dispatch line due to differences in the customs work schedules in individual countries, which can significantly affect how quickly your product is inspected and authorized for transport.

Express Shipping

You can choose express shipping (4-7 working days) for extra charge between UPS or EMS (Express Mail Service).

Returned Packages

If your parcel is returned because of incorrect address (noticed in order receipt) or if you didn’t pick up it at your local post office and it was returned to us, we can send it back, but you will need to pay the shipping cost even if it is free shipping for your order.
In this case you can also receive refund (except engraved and custom orders) reduced by shipping costs (even if it is free shipping for your order).

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Shop aren’t responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

All items are carefully packaged to prevent their demage during transportation. In case of damage or loss we will gladly send you the replacement.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
